FUNNEL DESIGN MEANT TO FIND HOT LEADS,
NOT JUST ANY LEAD

The real estate business takes time between lead to purchase, sometimes as long as a year. We had to fast-track from Facebook Ads™ with a lead generation funnel. But, keeping track of leads through the pipeline was essential as Land Elevated made purchasing raw land fast, easy and affordable. Controlling property payments like rent per month, potential owners can purchase land online, without ever seeing it, in under 10 minutes.

Because of that, it means lots of poor lead potential from the “daydreamer” traffic demographic.

We wanted a strong funnel, including a barrier of entry to better qualify potential buyers.

Opt-in Page View:

Using a simple pop-up widget, we can create a sense of urgency for the next page. We chose the design because the entrire page fits onto the first fold of mobile — a device that covers 60%+ of their traffic. We built from mobile design to desktop, not desktop design to mobile.

Barrier of Entry / Thank You Page View:

It was vital to get potential buyers on the phone and into the sales pipeline. We integrated leadpages to collect lead information with Mailchimp. On the page below, we used Calendly embed codes to bring a live, on-page schedule.

Using Zapier, both of those actions–lead capture and scheduled meeting–caused Pipedrive, a sales CRM we suggested, to create new leads in the sales pipeline. That way, the Land Elevated team could properly follow up with every single lead, while projecting revenue, keeping tasks and moving customers properly through the sales funnel.
